If you cancel your subscription, your access to our image enhancement tools and resources will continue until the end of the current subscription term, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
If Sky Lane EOOD terminates your access to the image enhancement service for a violation of any terms and conditions or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your account and all associated images or projects will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. You are responsible for exporting any enhanced images or data you wish to retain prior to cancellation or termination of your subscription.
Sky Lane EOOD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or functionality thereof at any time with or without notice to you. If Sky Lane EOOD discontinues our image enhancement service or a feature or functionality thereof, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
